On this page, I publicly set my intentions (and share the results) for each stage of growth in my career. I put it in writing for myself and for all to see.

2023 Keynotes at Business Conferences
The plan is to elevate the accounting profession through better informed clients who know what is possible and expect more from their accountant.
My new goal for 2023 is to reach business audiences and to drive them to seek out Level 5 Certified Advisors and other qualified accountants who can help business owners move the needle forward in the direction of their dreams.

My goal for 2019 was secure multiple International Keynotes and to spread the word about accounting, communication, living your brand, and loving your life.

Dreams do Come True
- In 2011, I had a dream to become a keynote speaker. That year, I delivered a TEDx talk and then shortly afterwards (in 2012) I delivered a Keynote presentation at SleeterCon.
- I have been coaching TEDx speakers since 2012 - I can help you get to the main stage too.
- After that first keynote, I have delivered recorded and live keynotes at conferences around the US.
- Starting with the closing keynote at SleeterCon 2014.
- In 2018 I set my goal to become an International Keynote presenter. In 2018, I delivered a keynote in Brazil.
- In 8/14/2018: *International keynote accomplished. Received invitation one month after adding that one word to the title above. Keynote in Sao Paulo, Brazil September, 2018

Here's the deal. Today is March 14, 2011 Pi day. I can't think of a better day to make my plans public.
I plan to be a keynote presenter by October of 2012 and to have finished my second book. That gives me 597 days to figure this out. (if I don't make it to the main stage, the book may never get published. But that is a risk I'm willing to take. That and public humiliation. )
