That should be what "NEO" stands for. (It really stands for Nelson Email Organizer -- if "Nelson" isn't a classic nerd name, I don't know what is). It is the greatest productivity enhancement I have found. 

It takes all of your e-mails including any archived .pst files from Microsoft Outlook and makes them all searchable. It's like Google Desktop for your e-mail application.

And the basic version is free.  Once you are hooked, you will want more and that's when you will willingly pay the whopping $35.00 to end your pain and suffering forever.
